Cops connected to the Kingston West Policing Division charged a 34-year-old janitor on Monday for brandishing an unlawful firearm on a girl throughout an argument.
Javon Pusey of Higher Oxford Avenue in Kingston is charged with possession of prohibited weapon and assault at frequent regulation.
The Denham City police report that about 2:10 p.m. on March 7, Pusey and the girl obtained into an altercation.
Throughout which he pulled a firearm from his waistband and pointed it at her.
A report was made to the police resulting in the following arrest of Pusey.
He was charged on Monday following the complainant’s assertion.
His court docket date is being finalised.
