A 28-year-old taxi operator and a 15-year-old feminine scholar have been collectively charged on Tuesday with the capturing loss of life of a person alongside Swansea Avenue in Kingston.
The taximan, Danico Williamson, and the coed are each of Whitehall Avenue in Kingston.
The deceased has been recognized as 25-year-old Kenardo Thompson of Bond Road, Kingston 14.
Allegations are that the teenager lady who was concerned in an intimate relationship with Williamson and Thompson orchestrated a plan to kill Thompson.
The Fixed Spring Police reported that at about 11:00 a.m., on March 24, she lured the now deceased to Swansea Avenue.
While strolling alongside the roadway, Williamson, together with two males travelling in an orange Kia Picanto motorized vehicle drove up.
They allegedly held Thompson and shot him a number of instances earlier than fleeing the scene.
The police have been alerted, and on their arrival, they noticed the automobile dashing away.
They managed to intercept the automobile and apprehended Williamson as he tried to flee over a wall.
Following a sequence of investigative leads, {the teenager} was apprehended by the police on Tuesday.
The duo was charged on Wednesday.
Their court docket date is being organized.
