The taking pictures loss of life of Portland businessman Albert ‘Bugsie’ Lindsay of Anchovy Land Settlement on Thursday, marks the fifth killing, second in two days, within the parish.
Police sources say that Lindsay, who operated the favored eatery, Hanna Bananas, was gunned down shortly after 8 a.m. at his home locally.
In accordance with the police, residents heard a number of loud explosions, sounding like gunfire, and alerted them.
Upon their arrival, Lindsay was discovered mendacity immobile on his again with what seemed to be a number of gunshot wounds to the chest.
He was later pronounced lifeless by a physician.
It’s understood that Lindsay was at dwelling when somebody reportedly referred to as him from the skin. The now deceased reportedly went out to the verandah space the place he was allegedly shot a number of instances by his attacker.
Detectives from the Legal Investigations Department in Port Antonio processed the crime scene.
