Linstead, St Catherine — Police in St Catherine are looking for a gunman who opened hearth on three males alongside Peck Avenue in Linstead early Saturday morning, leaving one useless and two others injured.
The deceased has been recognized as 42-year-old labourer Jason Martin of Russell Pen and Time and Persistence district. The injured victims, a 57-year-old mason and a 46-year-old man from Lavatory Stroll, stay hospitalized.
Reviews point out that round 4:00 a.m., the three males have been sitting alongside Peck Avenue, also referred to as “Again Street,” close to Calvin’s Plaza when a lone gunman approached, pulled a handgun, and started taking pictures. Martin was shot within the head and later succumbed to his accidents on the Linstead Hospital. The opposite two victims have been admitted for remedy.
Authorities haven’t but established a motive for the assault. The Linstead Prison Investigation Department is investigating.
