KINGSTON, Jamaica – Jamaica’s Concacaf Gold Cup qualifying return sport towards St Vincent and the Grenadines will likely be performed at Sabina Park, because of the unavailability of the Nationwide Stadium, it was confirmed on Thursday.

Jamaica will play the primary leg away to St Vincent and the Grenadines on Friday, March 21 on the Arnos Vale Stadium after which host the jap Caribbean nation on Tuesday, March 25.

With the ISSA Boys’ and Ladies’ Athletics Championships set for the Nationwide Stadium, from March 25-29, the Jamaica Soccer Federation was pressured to hunt an alternate venue for the sport.

Jamaica’s Boyz, who had been knocked out of the Concacaf Nations League on the quarterfinal stage, needed to qualify for the Gold Cup, and the winners of every of the seven ties will qualify for the group phases which is scheduled to run from June 14 to July 6.
