A person described by the police as one in all St Catherine’s most needed has been slapped with firearms-related fees after he was nabbed by lawmen on Saturday.
The person, Gregory Ferguson, 47, in any other case referred to as ‘Ruff’, self-employed of Duncan’s Pen Highway, Spanish City, has been charged with possession of prohibited weapon and unauthorised possession of ammunition following an incident at Cherry district, Kitson City within the parish.

Ferguson, who the police mentioned was needed for homicide, was arrested. The lawmen mentioned a search of the car was performed and one Smith and Wesson 9mm pistol with {a magazine} containing six 9mm rounds of ammunition was seized.
Ferguson is to look earlier than the St Catherine parish court docket on Friday.
