A 37-year-old taxi operator who was caught having intercourse with a 15-year-old schoolgirl was granted bail of $600,000 with surety within the St Catherine Parish Courtroom on Wednesday.
Situations connected to the bail are that he surrenders his journey paperwork, no contact with complainant and reviews twice weekly to the St James police.
The accused has been charged with having sexual activity with an individual below the age of 15 years.
He’s scheduled to reappear in courtroom on April 14.
Allegations are that in February police personnel went to Inexperienced Acres, St Catherine the place a Toyota Probox was parked with foggy glass.
