A grade seven male scholar has died whereas collaborating in a cross nation occasion on the Anchovy Excessive College in St James this morning.
The college’s principal says that it has been a traumatic day.
“I’m not coping proper now. It’s a really traumatic day for us,” stated Stewart, who had a couple of phrases to say.
In response to Stewart, the incident occurred about 11:00 a.m.
“I noticed him from the minute he fell to when the ambulance picked him up. I’ve been crying since that point. I’ve simply composed myself within the final 30-40 minutes,” Stewart expressed.
Chairman of the College board, Nigel Golab instructed The STAR that particulars are being collected in regards to the incident.
“I’m presently speaking to the Bodily Schooling trainer and all who’re concerned. I can not say but, we [are] getting all the main points first. Then we are going to ship out a press launch,” Golab stated.
As for grief counseling, Golab stated members of the schooling ministry have been on the college because the incident.
