The Portland police have charged Haitian nationwide 41-year-old Claudy Phany in any other case referred to as ‘Nak Nak’, with the homicide of one other Haitian who he allegedly killed throughout a struggle within the parish on February 16.

On Monday, Phany was arrested and later charged after an interview within the presence of his lawyer.
His courtroom date is being finalised.
